About Me

I’m Sophie Sudborough, founder of Bespoke Talent and an experienced recruitment specialist with over 20 years in the industry.
Bespoke Talent was founded on a simple belief:

I take pride in offering a boutique, relationship-driven service that combines modern recruitment methods with traditional values, integrity, clarity and commitment.
Throughout my career, I’ve recruited across a wide range of roles including:

I am passionate about people, truly understanding what drives them, where they thrive, and what makes each hire not just successful, but transformative.

Alongside my recruitment background, I spent five years as a Senior Levy Account Manager with Estio Training, working closely with organisations on workforce growth, talent development and strategic team building. This experience strengthened my ability to advise businesses on long-term talent planning and organisational culture.

Outside of work

I’m happily married and a proud mum to two wonderful daughters , one recently graduated in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds and is currently enjoying a ski season abroad, and the other recently graduated from ballet school in London.
When I’m not supporting clients and candidates, you’ll find me cooking, entertaining, travelling or out running, I’ve completed two marathons and a half marathon in support of causes close to my heart. I also love exploring the countryside with my two dogs, Bubbles & Belle.
